About SUC Programme
According to the MOU between UNEP and JCEP "UNEP-JCEP Sustainable Urban Development and Liveable garden Community - China Programme", JCEP is the executive party of the cooperation therein in China; the cooperation contents confirmed by the MOU is, in short, called the "SUC project", and the objective of  the SUC project is to, through JCEP’s various arrangements, comprehensively promote the various advanced experiences, technology and policy concepts, as  well as  the low carbon economy and climate change address in the field of the international sustainable urban and community in China.
