On the afternoon of January 26th 2011, adviser of LivCom Award international organizing committee & LivCom Award China Chief Adviser, Dr. William Neil Brown and his wife were met by Wen Jiabao, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and premier of the State Council in the Great Hall with a cordial and friendly discussion being held.
As an expert on community building and foreign exchange, Dr. William Neil Brown was welcomed by Premier Wen to acknowledge his contribution during the last year. Dr. William Neil Brown put forward his opinions on the matters of community building during the meeting.
Other leaders present at the meeting were member of the Communist Party's Politburo, Secretariat of the Central Committee and Head of Central Organization Department of CCPCC, Mr. Li Yuanchao; member of the Communist Party's Politburo and Vice Premier, Zhang Dejiang; Secretariat of the Central Committee and Director of the CPC Central General Office, Ling Jihua; State Councillor and Secretary General, Ma Kai; State Councilor Dai Bingguo and other central leaders, and more than 20 foreign experts and their relatives including Isabel, Jackson and Pang Kaiwen.

On January 26th 2011, adviser of LivCom Award international organizing committee & LivCom Award China Chief Adviser, Dr. William Neil Brown attended the ¡°Foreign Experts Symposium 2011¡±, which was being held in the Beijing Foreign Building, The symposium was hosted by the Deputy Director of Policies and Regulations Department of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Huang Lijin. Deputy Director of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Liu Yanguo, Deputy Director of the Culture and Health Department of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, Lei Fengyun, and Deputy Director of the Economic and Technical Experts Department, Su Guangming also attended the forum and had a cordial exchange with them.
